April 7, 1991. “Los uvos” Village, La Vega, Cauca. The Colombian army stopped a bus in the road between the town of La Vega and El Bordo. They killed and tortured 17 farmers. The army said that they were guerrillas collaborators. This case was in internacional courts and the Colombian State was condemned. The Colombian State acknowledges guilty.
