January 8, 2006 – Belen Village, Inzá, Cauca. False Positive, extrajudicial execution. Hortencia Tunja 18 years old and Manuel Tao 19 years old were murdered by the Colombian army during a farmer’s party. The army said to the media they were guerrilla combatants. William Cunacue the survivor was condemned for rebellion. The Colombian state was demanded by Hortencia’s mother, Luz Marina Cuchumbe. She won and in 2012 the army went to an act of forgiveness. William and the community have been receive threats during the last 11 years.
